Calif. Says Justices Shouldn't Hear Feds' Appeal Over DACA

Law360 (February 5, 2018, 2:04 PM EST) -- California and three other states on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to hear the Trump administration’s appeal of a temporary pause of its move to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, claiming there was no justification for such “extraordinary departure” from ordinary practice.
