BofA Joins SemGroup Fight To Oust Catsimatidis

Law360 (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has given Bank of America NA the go-ahead to intervene in support of a lawsuit brought by executives of bankrupt oil giant SemGroup LP seeking to remove billionaire John Catsimatidis from the company's management committee.

Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Friday granted the bank's motion to intervene as a plaintiff in its capacity as administrative agent for SemGroup's prepetition and post-petition secured lenders.
