Ex-NFLer Slammed In $24M Securities Fraud Suit

Law360 (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged former Dallas Cowboys center Michael J. Kiselak with perpetrating a multimillion-dollar fraud through his eponymous investment company and Gemstar Capital Group Inc., a California-based venture capital firm.

The SEC lodged the complaint against Kiselak, Kiselak Capital Group LLC, Gemstar Capital Group and Gemstar President Jeffrey J. Sykes on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where Judge John McBryde the same day granted a temporary restraining order, asset freeze and other temporary relief...
