Trump Infrastructure Plan Would Spur Pipeline Projects

Law360 (February 13, 2018, 9:29 PM EST) -- The infrastructure plan unveiled by President Donald Trump on Monday contains proposals that would fulfill many desires of pipeline developers, who would benefit from shorter environmental reviews involving fewer federal agencies and potential limits on the permitting authority of states.
