6th Circ. Upholds Insurer's Win In Sandy Coverage Row

Law360 (February 14, 2018, 8:27 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court’s denial of a contractor’s claims against a flood insurance adjuster and provider for fixing Superstorm Sandy damage to a New York client’s property, saying the claims are preempted by the National Flood Insurance Act.
