Law360, Washington (February 21, 2018, 8:22 PM EST) -- The Competitive Carriers Association on Tuesday urged the Federal Communications Commission to nix a $3 billion deal that would transfer high-end spectrum critical for use by next-generation wireless services to Verizon, saying the spectrum should be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
