FCC's Net Neutrality Deregulation Hits Next Milestone

Law360 (February 21, 2018, 6:11 PM EST) -- The Federal Communications Commission’s rollback of Obama-era net neutrality rules will move closer to taking effect Thursday, paving the way for official legal challenges and tripping the shot clock for a congressional vote that could nullify the rule change.

According to a Federal Register notice, the final version of the Restoring Internet Freedom rule is set to publish Thursday, further solidifying the changes that the Republican majority voted on in December.
