Suit Claims Pizza Hut Drivers Denied Minimum Wage

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Pizza Hut delivery driver has filed a proposed collective action alleging the mammoth franchise he worked for failed to pay its drivers minimum wage.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, Jeffrey Wass accuses NPC International Inc., which operates more than 1,160 Pizza Hut franchises, of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
