Bankrupt Charter Wins TRO On DirecTV Attack Ads

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has ordered satellite programming company DirecTV Inc. to halt, at least temporarily, allegedly false advertisements under the Lanham Act that suggest rival Charter Communications Inc. is unable to provide certain programming and features because of its bankruptcy.
