Infineon Shareholder Suit Stayed For Cert. Appeal

Law360, New York (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has agreed to stay a consolidated shareholder class action against Infineon Technologies AG until a federal appeals court issues its ruling on an order granting class certification in the case, which stems from a price-fixing scheme involving the company and its executives.
