FERC Clears 2 Utilities In Market Manipulation Probe

Law360 (February 27, 2018, 8:04 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission announced Tuesday that a staff inquiry found no evidence to support allegations by the Environmental Defense Fund and university researchers that New England utilities Eversource Energy and Avangrid artificially constrained the region's natural gas pipeline capacity.
