SEC Bosses Deny Trump-Era Enforcement Slowdown

Law360 (February 28, 2018, 10:17 PM EST) -- Top U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission officials on Wednesday told white collar attorneys that there’s been no word from the Trump administration about slowing down enforcement actions, and that a new focus on cyber- and cryptocurrency fraud will likely lead to even more activity.
