Feds Say Platinum Indictment Evidence On The Up-And-Up

Law360 (March 2, 2018, 11:44 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors insisted Thursday they did not fudge evidence to secure the indictment of a group of leaders of hedge fund Platinum Partners for investor fraud during a liquidity crisis, telling a New York federal judge the dispute is one of evidence interpretation and not morals.
