Express Scripts Escapes Processing-Fee Suit

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 3:43 PM EST) -- Express Scripts Inc. isn’t bound by Missouri laws governing how much providers can charge patients for copies of their records, a federal judge said Monday in dismissing a potential class action accusing the pharmacy benefit manager of charging excessive fees.
