Stormy Daniels Sues Trump, Says Hush Contract Is Void

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 9:37 PM EST) -- Adult film actress Stormy Daniels accused President Donald Trump of holding her to a confidentiality agreement he never even bothered to sign and which he and his lawyer have already broken anyway, according to a suit in California state court Tuesday.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, said that when women started coming forward to discuss affairs with Trump during his presidential campaign, Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen approached her “aggressively” to persuade her to sign a hush agreement in exchange for $130,000, according to a Los Angeles Superior Court suit posted online by her attorney.
