Justices Urged To OK New Rulings Making Alice Wins Harder

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 8:51 PM EST) -- The owner of streaming media patents found invalid for claiming abstract ideas in a case against pro sports leagues has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate the decision and endorse new Federal Circuit rulings that make it more difficult to invalidate patents as abstract early in cases.
