Enterprise Rent-A-Car Hit With FLSA Overtime Action

Law360, New York (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Enterprise Leasing Co. has been hit with a proposed collective action alleging the national car rental company failed to pay proper overtime wages to about 1,000 current and former management trainees across the country.

Former employee Garrett Schude filed the suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of himself and other nonexempt employees he claims were denied proper payment for time they worked past 40 hours a week.
