Ex-'Big Brother' Worker Sues Over Sex, Age Discrimination

Law360 (March 9, 2018, 8:14 PM EST) -- A former video controller on CBS’ “Big Brother” has sued a network subsidiary and several production companies for sexual harassment and discrimination in California state court, alleging she was singled out for being an older woman in a male-dominated industry and fired for complaining about the treatment.

Jennifer Gilroy, 57, is seeking over $25,000 in damages, claiming that CBS subsidiary CBS Studios Productions LLC and Our House Productions Inc., Smugubtl Inc. and EPSG Management Services LLC subjected her to constant verbal abuse, which only worsened after she complained.
