New Complaint Binds 10 Constellation ERISA Suits

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With 10 similar cases now consolidated, a putative class of plaintiffs accusing Constellation Energy Group Inc. of knowingly taking on undue risk — investing hundreds of millions of dollars of pension plan members' money in the company's common stock — has filed a new complaint.
