Natural Gas Co. Wants Claim Cut From Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- El Paso Natural Gas Co. and its subsidiaries have asked that one of the claims against them be dropped for lack of jurisdiction, in a lawsuit alleging they and other gas companies conspired to reduce competition and drive up prices in a regional delivered-natural-gas market.
