Flat-Panel MDL Amnesty Applicant's ID Still Secret

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The identity of a flat-panel manufacturer that struck a bargain with federal antitrust investigators will not be divulged to the direct purchaser plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation, even though Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., the company plaintiffs believe is seeking amnesty, allegedly continues to refuse price-fixing charges and otherwise hamper the case.
