Ill. Clothing Store Texting Unwanted Promotions, Suit Says

Law360 (March 20, 2018, 2:30 PM EDT) -- An Illinois clothing store was hit with a putative class action in Chicago federal court Tuesday over claims that the company is sending unsolicited texts to promote its sales and new products.
