2nd Circ. Affirms WWE Antitrust Suit Dismissal

Law360 (May 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appellate court has affirmed the dismissal of antitrust and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act claims made by World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. against a toy maker and a video game company, finding them to be time-barred.
