Aetna Fights Settlement Admin's Bid To Exit HIV Privacy Row

Law360 (March 22, 2018, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Aetna on Wednesday fought back against an attempt to throw out or transfer a suit it brought in Pennsylvania federal court against the settlement administrator it claims was responsible for mishandling sensitive policyholder information, exposing it to a $17 million proposed class action suit.
