Volvo Ducks Suit Over Crash-Protection Ad Claims

Law360 (March 27, 2018, 2:23 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday tossed a proposed class action accusing Volvo Cars of North America LLC of falsely stating that certain vehicles have side-impact protection on all four doors, saying the drivers haven’t referenced any specific misrepresentations by the automaker.
