Misconduct Suit Stayed In Fight Over Austria Train Fire

Law360 (May 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has stayed a misconduct suit filed following the dismissal of a lawsuit over a fire at an Austrian ski resort nearly a decade ago that killed more than 150 people, ruling that a federal appeals court's decision on the initial suit could render the subsequent case moot.
