Policy Group Asks NLRB Auditor To Probe Member's Disclosure

In a letter to NLRB Inspector General David Berry, the Competitive Enterprise Institute cited a Wall Street Journal report from March 1 that said Pearce "let slip" at a Feb. 25 meeting of the ABA section on employment and labor in Puerto Rico that the NLRB would issue an important decision regarding its controversial ruling in Hy-Brand...
