Wind Farm Challenge Boosted By Recent Ruling, 9th Circ. Told

Law360 (March 29, 2018, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A conservation group said on Thursday that a recent federal court opinion blasting an environmental review for a coal development bolsters its Ninth Circuit case claiming the Bureau of Indian Affairs didn’t properly consider alternatives when it approved a lease between a wind farm developer and a California tribe.
