Andre Agassi Wins Injunction In Cybersquatting Suit

Law360, New York (May 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In his suit alleging cybersquatting under the Lanham Act, retired tennis star Andre Agassi has won a preliminary injunction barring three Web sites from using his trademarked name in their Web addresses.

Agassi's licensing company, Agassi Enterprises Inc., filed the suit May 12 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, alleging that, and had engaged in cybersquatting.
