Morgan Lewis Partner Named FTC General Counsel

Law360 (May 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP partner Willard K. Tom has been appointed general counsel at the Federal Trade Commission, returning to an agency he served in a policy and enforcement capacity during the Clinton administration.

FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz announced the appointment Thursday, along with four other senior positions in the agency's competition and economics bureaus and the Office of Congressional Relations.
