Cavaliers, Ticketmaster Settle Antitrust Feud

Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers and Ticketmaster LLC have agreed to end a breach of contract and antitrust fight, paving the way for the National Basketball Association team to use a Ticketmaster LLC competitor's online ticket-reselling software as part of the settlement.

On Friday, Judge Kathleen O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio agreed to lift an injunction barring the Cavaliers from using the services of Ticketmaster rival Flash Seats LLC.
