Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- John Sigel is a partner in the Boston office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and chair of the firm's bankruptcy and financial restructuring group. He represents debtors, creditor groups and potential purchasers in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings.

Sigel also represents public and private companies in debt financings, including the private placement and public offering of debt securities, receivables securitizations, drug royalty financings, acquisition financing and syndicated credit facilities.
