Former EMC Exec Cleared To Start Work At Rival HP

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Massachusetts judge has modified a preliminary injunction barring former EMC Corp. executive David Donatelli from employment at rival Hewlett-Packard Co. due to a noncompete agreement, giving Donatelli the green light to begin his job at HP.

The Suffolk County Superior Court in Massachusetts issued the order, which will allow Donatelli to serve as HP's executive vice president of enterprise servers and networking, the company announced Tuesday.
