Sanofi's FCA Suit Docs Not All Privileged, Ex-Worker Says

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower told a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday that Sanofi should be required to hand over in discovery hundreds of documents it claims are protected by attorney-client privilege in a suit alleging it unlawfully marketed off-label uses of a cancer drug, violating the False Claims Act.
