NJ Tribe Asks For Win In State Recognition Row

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation told a New Jersey federal court on Friday that it deserved an early win on its claims that the state improperly refused to recognize the tribe in violation of its due process rights, adding that it was the victim of discrimination.
