Warhol Case Survives Minus Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed antitrust claims a film producer brought against the estate of Andy Warhol and others alleging a conspiracy to create an artificial scarcity in the late artist's works, leaving unjust enrichment and fraud claims intact.
