Tennis Club Serves Up Suit After Would-Be Buyer Quits Deal

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A California real estate investor who allegedly backed out of a $2.3 million deal to buy a Florida tennis club should be compelled to complete the purchase and blocked from buying a similar venue instead, according to a lawsuit the club filed Friday in Florida federal court.
