What Makes CPSC's Polaris Settlement Special

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 2:17 PM EDT) -- On April 2, 2018, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a $27.25 million civil monetary penalty settlement agreement with Polaris Industries Inc. for failure to report to the CPSC immediately when it became aware of defects in certain models of RZR and Ranger recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs).
