Heller Ehrman Pulls In New Shareholder

Law360 (September 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With more than 20 years of experience litigating before the U.S. International Trade Commission, Sturgis M. Sobin has signed on as a shareholder with Heller Ehrman LLP’s intellectual property practice group.

Sobin joins the firm’s Washington, D.C. office from Miller & Chevalier, where he acted as chair of the firm’s International Department. With a solid background in international trade, Sobin has focused his practice on representing clients in high-stakes patent litigation before the ITC under Section 337.
