Buckley Sandler Picks Up White Collar Atty From Jones Day

Law360 (April 24, 2018, 9:16 PM EDT) -- Buckley Sandler LLP has grown its white collar and complex civil litigation practices with a Jones Day trial litigator who helped represent former Virginia Gov. Robert McDonnell before the U.S. Supreme Court when justices reversed his bribery conviction in 2016, the firm announced Monday.

Hank Asbill joined Buckley Sandler’s Washington, D.C., office on Monday after eight years with Jones Day. Asbill, who ran his own practice for 23 years, has also worked for Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Cozen O’Connor and Ballard Spahr LLP at various points in his career.
