Repeat Buyers Know Candy-Box Contents, Tootsie Roll Says

Law360 (April 24, 2018, 6:16 PM EDT) -- Tootsie Roll Industries Inc. urged a California federal court Monday to reject a consumer’s bid to certify a class of people who purchased allegedly underfilled boxes of Junior Mints and Sugar Babies, saying the majority of customers are repeat buyers who know the boxes’ contents.
