Reed Smith Hires GE Digital Chief Compliance Officer
Law360 (April 30, 2018, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Reed Smith LLP has hired the chief compliance officer and executive counsel for GE Digital, the internet software development arm of longtime client General Electric Co., the firm announced.
Lewis Zirogiannis joins Reed Smith's San Francisco office as a partner in the global regulatory enforcement and complex litigation practice groups. Previously, Zirogiannis was GE Energy Financial Services' managing director of supervisory affairs and chief compliance office and also GE Capital's global head of anti-corruption, according to the firm's April 25 announcement.
David Thompson, head of Reed Smith's San Francisco office, said Zirogiannis is a welcome addition to the firm.
