Dr Pepper Can't Shake Suit Over Ginger Ale Label

Law360 (April 26, 2018, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. must face a proposed class action alleging Canada Dry Ginger Ale doesn't contain a detectable amount of actual ginger and that the company falsely labels and markets its beverage, a Missouri federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying the suit presents enough facts to make a case.
