Cigna Unit Looks To Settle OT Class Action For $3.3M

Law360, New York (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a class action against a Cigna Corp. subsidiary has asked the court to approve a $3.3 million settlement on behalf of around 6,500 current and former employees to resolve alleged violations of federal and state overtime wage laws.
