Ex-Fed And Defender Of Benjamin Wey Joins Mintz Levin

Law360 (May 3, 2018, 10:14 PM EDT) -- A nine-year veteran of the Southern District of New York prosecutor’s office who made headlines last year when he scored a victory defending private equity financier Benjamin Wey, has joined Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC as a member of its New York office, the firm announced Wednesday.

David M. Siegal is coming from Haynes and Boone LLP, where he was the co-chair of the Government Enforcement and Litigation Practice Group. His practice at Mintz Levin will similarly focus on representing clients involved in government enforcement actions and internal investigations, the firm said.
