Indiana Funds, Chrysler Battle Over Appeal

Law360 (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Less than a day after a bankruptcy court judge signed off on the sale of Chrysler LLC to Italian car maker Fiat SpA, a group of Indiana pension funds have already filed a notice of appeal to try to get the deal invalidated.
