New Medical Marijuana Challenges For Pa. Employers

Law360 (May 17, 2018, 12:06 PM EDT) -- On Feb. 15, 2018, the first marijuana dispensaries opened in Pennsylvania, providing access to medical marijuana for the first time since Gov. Tom Wolf signed the Medical Marijuana Act, or MMA, on April 17, 2016. To date, 22 dispensaries have opened throughout the commonwealth.
