Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Even with more than 15 years of experience in the two biggest courts for securities litigation, and her resulting stack of decisions in that area, Judge Sonia Sotomayor's approach to securities law cases defies easy characterization, according to analysts.
