Calif. Court Strikes Blow To EMC Exec’s Move To HP

Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California Superior Court judge on Tuesday put a temporary hold on a former EMC Corp. executive’s bid to join rival Hewlett-Packard Co., denying a request for a preliminary injunction overturning a noncompete agreement that would bar the division ex-president from joining HP for a year.
