Gold Co. Seeks OK Of $10.8M Award Against Canadian Miner

Law360 (May 18, 2018, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Global Gold Mining LLC urged a New York federal court Thursday to confirm a more than $10.8 million arbitral award issued against a Canadian miner following a dispute related to a joint venture that was established to mine gold in southwestern Armenia.
